Itinemap is committed to respecting your privacy and guaranteeing the protection of your personal data, in compliance with applicable legislation and in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.

1. Purpose of this privacy policy

• To allow you to share your personal information with confidence and in full confidentiality when you use the Itinemap solution, in particular the API, the administration site or the user application (see the terms of service, paragraph 1.8).
• To inform you of the purposes for which your personal data is processed.
• To inform you of the measures taken to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data collected.
• To clarify your rights regarding personal data.

2. Who are we?

The personal data concerning you is processed by Itinemap, SAS, located at 1302 chemin de Couriole, 26260 Bren, France, registered with the Romans-sur-Isère Trade and Companies Register under number 938 447 737 (hereinafter “Itinemap”).

3. When do we collect personal data?

When, as a Licensee (terms of service, paragraph 1.1), you have subscribed to the Software (paragraph 1.6) and provided us with information allowing your direct or indirect identification.

When, as an End user (paragraph 1.7), you may be led to share personal data concerning you.

Browse the user application, locate your position on the map and request route calculations. To do so, you may be asked to authorise access to your geographical position via your device's GPS chip.

5. What personal data do we collect in the user application?

Each time you calculate a route or locate yourself on the map, Itinemap records one entry in the database: the latitude and longitude coordinates of the start and end points for routes, the requested position for geolocation, and the date of the calculation.

We also store each term entered in the user application's search bar along with the date it was entered.

We do not store any personal information that could later allow you to be re-identified. This is our guarantee.

6. For what purposes in the user application?

The information collected by Itinemap is not sold to third parties.

It may be viewed as heatmaps by licensees holding a current licence, on the map concerned.

7. What data do we collect on the promotional website?

On the promotional website, audience measurement is only activated after your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

8. For what purposes on the promotional website?

We collect this data with a view to continuous improvement and commercial performance. It allows us to follow up with and contact potential future subscribers to the Itinemap software.

Itinemap undertakes to approach prospects respectfully and in a targeted way, while honouring any request to stop commercial solicitations.

9. Your rights and changes to this policy

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise it, contact us through the contact form.
